SL Metals Corporation is an international distributor of secondary aluminum alloys, silicon metal, potassium aluminum fluoride and specialty industrial materials, founded in 1990, with offices in Miami, New York and Tokyo. Our principal address is 134 South Dixie Highway, Suite 212, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, United States.

3.  Business use only

This website is intended for use by businesses and professionals acting in the course of a trade. It is not directed at consumers, and the products described on it are industrial materials sold in commercial quantities. Chemical compositions, physical properties, packaging specifications, alloy equivalence tables and any other technical data on this website are provided as typical or indicative values for general informational purposes only. They are not a specification, and they do not constitute a warranty, guarantee or representation as to the properties of any goods we may supply.

Alloy equivalence and cross-reference information indicates approximate correspondence between designations under different national and international standards. Equivalence is never exact. Standards are revised, and a designation that is approximately equivalent for one application may be unsuitable for another. You must not rely on any equivalence shown on this website when selecting material for a safety-critical, structural, aerospace or regulated application.

The binding specification for any goods sold by SL Metals is the specification agreed in writing in the relevant contract of sale, together with the Certificate of Analysis issued for the specific lot supplied. Where anything on this website conflicts with an agreed contract or Certificate of Analysis, the contract and the Certificate prevail.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself, by your own testing and evaluation, that any material is fit for your intended purpose. We recommend that you obtain a sample and a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis before committing to production use.

8.  No offer; quotations

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any product. Product availability, prices, minimum quantities, packaging and lead times are not stated on the website and are confirmed only in a written quotation. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and is subject to prior sale, to confirmation of material availability, and to the compliance checks described in clause 10.

9.  Sales are governed by separate terms

Any sale of goods by SL Metals is governed by the contract of sale, purchase order confirmation and standard terms and conditions of sale agreed between the parties for that transaction. Those terms address matters including price, payment, Incoterms, delivery, title and risk, inspection, claims, warranties, force majeure and dispute resolution. These Terms of Use do not form part of any contract of sale and do not vary it.

10.  Export control, sanctions and compliance

SL Metals conducts its business in accordance with applicable international trade laws. We screen counterparties and their representatives against government watchlists, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List and the BIS Entity List, and we apply anti-money-laundering procedures consistent with FinCEN requirements.

By submitting an enquiry, you represent and warrant that:

• Neither you, your company, nor any person controlling or beneficially owning your company is subject to sanctions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan or the United Nations
• You will not resell, re-export, divert or otherwise transfer any goods supplied by us in breach of any applicable sanctions or export-control law
• The information you provide about the end user and end use of the goods is accurate and complete

We may decline any enquiry, withhold a quotation, or suspend or cancel any transaction at any time where we consider, in our sole discretion, that proceeding could breach applicable law or our compliance policies. We are not liable for any loss arising from a refusal, suspension or cancellation on those grounds.
